Good Bye 2009

Happy New Year Everyone~

Here come 2010, New year already pass through 11 days, this post suppose to be post on the new year; but due to busy designing the Chinese New Year job and my original born laziness this post have drag until now.

Last year I have set my resolution with 6C, Career, Car, Condo, Country Club, Cash and Credit Card. I have achieved 2 of them.

1st, is the Condo. With my family support, I have bought a condo and successfully rent it to a good tenant with a reasonable price. From getting an idea to invest in housing since the year 2008 to get the rental monthly, it spent my about a year. It is hard but I have learned a lot of thing.

2nd, is the Car. Got my car and B full motorbike license and bought a second hand car. I have lost my car license due to not renew it for 4 years, and have to retest to get it back. It is not easy at all for an 8-5 worker. I almost use all my weekend to learn driving. For not going back to the driving school again, I took the 500cc motorcycle license as well.

For 2010, I will try to achieve the Career, Cash and Credit Card.

2009, I have waste a lot of time worried about my future, this is so stupid. But, i have achieved and experience a lot of thing.

Direct Selling

I have join the Amway but as a user only, Lol~. Direct selling is not really the cup of my tea. I have join almost all the talk that my up line ask me to join and have try some of the product, it still can’t moving me to do this business. Sorry my dear (up line), please find another partner.

Quit Smoking

I have experience smoking life about 2 and half years. I start smoking because I wish to experience something I never do. With this stupid thought, I really experience a lot of thing that I never do before as a smoker. I have taken a lot of time and effort to quit it.

Appear On the Net

To try to get well known, so that I can get some extra income, I have got the P1 Wimax. I start my internet life with start blogging, add as many friends as possible at the Facebook and upload my art work at Deviantart. I found that it is not really easy.

Freelance job

I have get 2 to 3 freelance job after appear on the net. It is a good start, although I only earn the coffee money.

Try To Survive on the Road

I still need courage and experience on driving. I still don’t have any idea why all the people can drive normally but I drive in fear?

# I wish to start another blog, a food blog for vegetarian. Combine my art style and my vegetarian recipes. Use to promote vegetarian benefit and as a guide for people who wish to become a vegetarian.
